“Katie“ is a native of Glastonbury and is the founder of KP Management, LLC. She is married to Steve and has three wonderful children. As a graduate of University of Hartford with degrees in Finance and Insurance, she is well equipped to guide our customers through various aspects of managing their communities. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI, an internationally known and accredited organization. In her spare time, Kadji enjoys time with her family, traveling, working with the youth mission program at South Church, and is passionate about Real Estate investments and projects.

Steve is also a native of Glastonbury and Co-Owner of KP Management, LLC. Steve is married to Kadji and thoroughly enjoys watching their three children grow up and become successful on their own. Steve graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Finance and also received his MBA from the University of Hartford. These tools, coupled with 15 years of seasoned corporate project management experience, enable Steve to bring the knowledge and experience to each community that he manages. Steve enjoys coaching youth football and lacrosse in town as well as cheering for the UConn football/basketball teams, Tampa Bay Lightning, Green Bay Packers and the New York Yankees. When he can escape from Connecticut, he looks forward to spending time with family in Clearwater Beach, FL.

Michael is a graduate from Central Connecticut University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing. He has worked in the landscaping/snow removal field and has many years of customer service experience. He has been a property manager with KP Management, LLC since 2011. He is married to Kim and they have a 2 year old son together. When he is not working at KP, he loves ice hockey, fishing and spending time with family.

After Graduating with a degree in Architectural technology, Brian went on to build a successful career as a design builder for over 25 years. Along the way he started and ran a flurry of successful businesses including a large septic company. Brian’s strong and diverse background in service and construction make him well suited to work for KP Management, LLC. He can always be relied upon to provide solutions to everyday situations and very unique problems. Brian has four great kids and loves to spend time with them. When not working, Brian can be found on his boat with a smile on his face.

Elayna has spent the last 30 years working in customer service, raising two awesome daughters and traveling with her husband, Dan. She loves to solve problems so being the Office Manager at KP keeps her busy. Her years in the retail and hospitality industry make her uniquely qualified to help manage the office in an engaged and professional way. Elayna enjoys spending time with family and friends, crocheting, vacationing, and cooking. She can often be found down by the water walking her dog, Claudio!
